A simple, repeatable practice to build:

The Practice (20 mins) (Livestream/5:10 am-5:30 am/Mon-Sun)
10 mins — Fasted Walk Train your body to use what’s already within you. Posture tall. Energy grounded. We burn what’s already here before we add more.
8 mins — Tone + Activate Pilates bar, bands, and light weights. Controlled, high-rep movement to shape and strengthen. We don’t just lose—we shape.
2 mins — Regulate Breathwork to steady the nervous system. We don’t end scattered. We end in control.
What You’ll Need
- Walking pad (or walk in place/outside)
- Yoga mat
- Pilates bar with resistance bands – buy here
- Light dumbbells

Monday — Reflection (Livestream @ 7:00 PM) Review the week: successes, hurdles, lessons, and next steps.
Sunday — Health Check-In (Livestream @ 7:00 PM)
